United OSD® EPC Controller simplified the controlling of compressor. It can supervise all the parameter adjustment and running parameter displayed on Touch Bilingual LCD TM without special tools or trained operator.
 
2.         Air end
 Discharge port of air-end adopted pairs of tapered roller bearing and it evenly support load, then extend the lifetime of air-end. Highest grade of SKF bearing in air-end has a design of coolant tank. It avoids the damage from dry friction at start. Air-end introduced three-course mechanical seal which has a design of shaft seal with return oil hole and could 100% prevent coolant oil leakage. Ratio 1 to 1 gear has no speed adding help to slower rotate speed of the air end.  This can reduce the damage of air-end and noise of unit. Moreover, extend the lifetime of the air end.
High quality of resilient shaft coupling will cut down vibrate, noise and minimize damage as well.
 
3.         Motor:
SUNC screw air compressor adopted TEFC 380V high-efficiency motor which sole collocate for air compressor. Design protection level of motor is IP55, insulation level is F and temperature increment is assessed on the basis of B level.

5.         Supper coolant oil:
8000 hours lifetime or replace once in two year—saving operation cost.

Excellent separating character makes that oil residual of compressed air reduced by half.
Better thermal conductivity and cooling effect.
High flash（271℃）makes operating more safety.
Super coolant oil excludes carbon and hydrogen elements allow it used longer.

6.         High –efficiency oil air separating system:
 
High-efficiency oil-air separating system consists of a oil separator and a oil tank with particularly designed inner structure. It is not only solving the problem of leakage, but also makes oil content only 3ppm in compressed air.
 
First stage—approximate 95%of oil had been separated by using mechanical tools.
Second stage—adopted tailor-made multi-layer fiberglass filter to achieved better quality.
 
High temperature environment design: SUNC screw air compressor can working at ambient temperature at 46℃(maximum inlet water temperature also achieved 46℃for water cooling unit).
High efficiency heat exchanger allow CTD discharge temperature at 8℃, which avoid machine stop and ensure less malfunction of cooler under high temperature environment.
